ProSteel is a premier manufacturer of category-leading security products, offering a full line of gun and home safes, vault doors, as well as security and storm doors. The Company provides the highest overall value in the industry through product innovation and quality, utilizing its proprietary designs and features. ProSteel sells its products to firearm enthusiasts through big box retailers, gun dealers, and specialty safe dealers under the Browning Arms Company name, a preeminent firearms manufacturer. Aldine’s investment was made in conjunction with a private equity sponsor.
