Aldine Invests in Lake Air Products
Aldine is pleased to announce its investment in Lake Air Products (“Lake Air”). The Company is comprised of two divisions, Lake Air Metal Products and Lake Air Metal Stamping, and is a value-added precision manufacturer of metal products with deep expertise in sheet metal and structural fabrication, machining, stamping, tool design and build, and electromechanical assembly. Lake Air serves as a one-stop custom design and contract manufacturer, providing products for a wide variety of industrial OEMs across the medical, industrial, turf care, automotive, and agricultural markets. Aldine’s investment was made in conjunction with management and two private equity sponsors.
Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment.
