Aldine Announces Another New Investment and Adds a New Investment Professional
In June, Aldine closed its investment in a family-owned, value-added specialty metal and plastic distributor. The Company has a long history of success across a diverse set of end markets in multiple industries. Aldine partnered with a West Coast sponsor by purchasing a subordinated note and making an equity co-investment alongside management and the sponsor.
Additionally, we are pleased to announce that Erik Zentner has joined Aldine as an Associate. Erik will assist with opportunity evaluation, due diligence and underwriting, as well as portfolio company management and investor relations. Previously, he was a Senior Associate at KPMG where he started his career in the Deal Advisory Group based in Chicago, primarily focused on financial due diligence for middle market private equity and strategic acquisitions. Erik graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Accountancy with honors and is a Certified Public Accountant.
