We have enjoyed working with the Aldine team on our acquisition and growth of Lake Air Products. Their approach to funding an acquisition fit well with our philosophy of using a conservative capital structure that doesn't put unnecessary burden on the business while it is in growth mode. When we found a strategic add-on acquisition, they enthusiastically supported our strategy and our need for growth capital. But most importantly, Aldine is an engaged partner in the Board room, but also allows us to operate the company and make key decisions quickly to move the business forward. These are smart guys at the table who are always willing to pitch in where they can be helpful.
We have had the pleasure of partnering with Aldine on two transactions to date and look forward to continue building and strengthening our partnership. Their broad experience, partnership and team-based approach allows them to be more informed partners, expedite and add value during diligence processes and ultimately create better overall alignment with equity partners and management teams. We look forward to expanding our relationship with Aldine over the coming years and greatly value their support.
Aldine Capital invested with O2 Investment Partners in the acquisition of MHC Software. Aldine’s experience and relationship focused approach helped us achieve a successful outcome for all stakeholders. The Aldine team was a pleasure to work with and we look forward to partnering with them in the future.
Aldine has been a terrific partner in our growth journey. From initial advisory support to creativity in capital structure and the flexibility to adjust to the ups and downs of small business growth, Aldine has been a true value-added partner. We could not have picked a better teammate!
