Rock Energy Systems, LLC is a manufacturer of waste oil fired heaters and boilers. The Company markets two brands, Clean Burn and Lanair, which creates a product offering ranging from the premium end of the market to the value-priced, factory direct segment. Rock Energy Systems pioneered the current technology for the burning of waste motor oil for use in heaters and is currently the largest manufacturer in North America. Aldine’s investment was made in conjunction with management and a partnering junior capital fund.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity to facilitate the recapitalization.
