Aldine is pleased to announce its investment in Network Distributors, a leading value-added distributor of critical communications networking components. The Company stocks a variety of optical transceivers, which are components of networking systems such as switches and routers, manufactured by companies such as Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, 3Com and HP. Network Distributors ensures that each component is configured specifically for an end-user’s network system. The Company also sells memory and fiber optic parts as after-market replacements and upgrades for over 20 brands and 80 different platforms of networking equipment.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment.
