Doodad Printing, LLC is a provider of time-sensitive, multi-versioned printed advertising products for distribution to consumer households. The Company’s products reach consumers via direct mail and shared mail as well as through inserts in coupon booklets and local newspapers. Doodad is highly differentiated based on its quick-turnaround and short-run focus which allow for a growing niche primarily suited to local advertisers. Aldine’s investment was made in conjunction with a buyout by a private equity sponsor.
