Aldine Invests In Smart Vent

Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Smart Vent Holdings LLC (“Smart Vent”). Smart Vent is a Mount Royal, NJ-based provider of flood mitigation and prevention products serving residential, commercial, and municipal markets. Smart Vent specializes in manufacturing and distributing proprietary engineered flood vents, compliant with FEMA, the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) regulations, and International Code Council IRC & ICB. Its Floodproofing.com division works with architects, engineers, and property managers to supply flood proofing designs and products to commercial, office, multi-family, retail, hospitality, critical facilities, and municipal buildings that comply with flood codes and regulations. Smart Vent is comprised of a national team of Certified Floodplain Managers (CFM) who are regarded as experts in the flood industry.
