Pond, Robinson & Associates
Pond Robinson & Associates (“PR&A”) is a Dallas, TX-based nationwide commercial equity-level due diligence firm, providing engineering and architectural services for institutional property owners acquiring or developing commercial real estate across the United States. With domain expertise in engineering, construction and architectural consulting, PR&A provides Property Condition Assessments for acquisitions and dispositions; and Pre-Development Document/Design Reviews and ongoing Construction Monitoring Services for ground-up development projects.
Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside Coltala Holdings.

PlusMedia LLC (“PlusMedia”) is a Danbury, CT-based full-service performance marketing agency dedicated to helping direct-to-consumer and nonprofit brands acquire and retain customers and donors, while driving revenue growth. The company’s mission is to grow its clients’ businesses through strategic, multichannel media campaigns that expand reach, maximize ROI, and increase bottom-line profitability.
