KWS is comprised of two divisions, Koontz Wagner Maintenance Services (KWMS), and Koontz Wagner Construction Services (KWCS). KWMS sells, repairs, services and tests electric motors and other equipment, while KWCS provides design, construction, electrical contracting, and maintenance services.

The Company was purchased by an independent sponsor.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment.
