Aldine Invests in Aquatrols

In April 2015, Aldine partnered with a private equity sponsor and management to recapitalize Aquatrols Corporation of America. Aquatrols is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals for use in agricultural, turfgrass, and horticultural markets. The Company produces proprietary soil surfactants and other technologies used to optimize soil-plant-water interactions, allowing for more efficient water use by farms, golf courses, nurseries, greenhouses, and other users. 

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity to facilitate the recapitalization.
