Aldine Announces Recapitalization of ARCH Global Precision

In December 2014, Aldine partnered with a private equity sponsor to recapitalize ARCH Global Precision, LLC.  ARCH is a leading manufacturer and supplier of precision machined components and precision cutting tools and instruments for a diverse set of end-markets.  The machined components segment utilizes cold forming, advanced CNC machining and a comprehensive set of secondary and finishing operations to produce intricate, difficult to manufacture and tight tolerance components for use by a diverse set of customers.  The precision cutting tools and instruments group utilizes CNC turning, milling and grinding as well as centerless grinding, surface grinding and a comprehensive set of secondary and finishing operations to produce high quality cutting tools and instruments for industrial and medical applications.

Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity to facilitate the recapitalization.
