Aldine Invests in Global Precision Products
Aldine is pleased to announce an investment in Global Precision Products (“Global”). Global specializes in tight tolerance precision machining of small diameter metal and plastic parts utilizing CNC machining equipment with multi-axis milling and turning capabilities. The Company’s customers are suppliers to a variety of end industries including aerospace and defense, commercial & industrial, medical, optical and imaging, and transportation. In parallel with Aldine’s investment, Global acquired Will-Mor Manufacturing. Will-Mor is a contract manufacturer specializing in difficult to machine, high-temp super alloys for commercial and military aerospace applications, as well as precision guided ordnance components for national defense.
Aldine provided a subordinated note and equity investment alongside Touchpoint Capital Partners.
